Phase I Site Assessment (ESA) -

Due Diligence - AAI

The purpose of an ESA is to identify recognized environmental concerns present on a property.

 

An extensive inquiry is made to identify conditions indicative of releases or threatened releases and is intended to permit the user to satisfy one of the requirements to qualify for the innocent land owner, contiguous property owner, or bona fide prospective purchaser limitations on CERCLA liability.
